General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Staféta Boutique Apartments, Vác

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the legal relationship between Staféta Boutique Apartments, Vác (Headquarters: 2600 Vác, Széchenyi István u.25., Tax Number:23781144-2-13) and the guests using the services of the accommodation. By finalizing a reservation, the Guest accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Reservations can be made directly via the website, e-mail, or telephone.

  • The price includes: accommodation, utilities, bed linen, towels, and complimentary amenities (coffee, tea).

  • The price does not include the Tourism Tax 500 Ft/adult/night (IFA), which is payable on-site.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. Instead of frequented period or holidays, It could be cancel before 1 week earlier. 

  • For cancellations within 3 days or in case of a no-show.

4. Extra Services and Amenities

  • Exclusivity: The extra packages and amenities listed on the website (e.g., Family Pack, Romance Package) are available exclusively to our registered guests who make reservation by e-mail or by our homepage. These services are not available to the general public.

  • Basket and Equipment: The  basket and its accessories (blanket, glasses, basket) are the property of the apartment. You can be leave in the apartment after use. If there is damage to the basket, must pay it. 

5. House Rules and Liability

  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment! Smoking is only permitted in designated areas on the terrace.

  • Equipment: Guests are required to use the furnishings and equipment as intended. Guests are liable for any damages caused.

  • Air Conditioning: In the interest of environmental sustainability, please use the air conditioning only with the windows and doors closed. The Host performs professional disinfection and maintenance of the AC units at least twice a year.

6. Data Protection (GDPR)

Guest data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations (e.g., Tourism Tax reporting, NTAK data provision) and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
