What should I do if I messed up my Booking reservation? 

If you have booked fewer people than the number of people who would like to come, please contact us and we will solve the problem. You can also change the date on the platform. 

How should I pay? 

If you book directly with us, you can pay by cash, bank card or bank transfer. When booking on Booking, the money will definitely be withdrawn from your bank card. 

How much is the tourist tax? 

The tourist tax is 500 HUF/adult/night from 2025.01.01, which you must pay at the accommodation. 

Can we hold a stag or hen party? 

Musical, noisy events are not allowed in the apartment building. 

When is the staff available?

 The staff can be called from 9:00 to 22:00 from Monday to Friday. On weekends, you can contact us in writing at the given phone numbers, Viber, WhatsApp, or at the email address info.stafeta@gmail.com. 

Do we get towels and a hairdryer? Yes

Yes, every apartment has at least one air conditioner. 

Do we have breakfast? 

We do not serve breakfast, but we heartily recommend the Adullám café, where you can feel the history of Vác in a cool, wonderful cellar, with delicious coffees, hot sandwiches, refreshing teas and soft drinks. https://adullam.hu/

When are staff available?

The staff can be called from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day of the week. Therefore, please take into account when entering, if you arrive at night, you may not be able to reach the staff, write down the entry information!
